All this extra time at home left me snacking constantly – and all my friends I’ve talked to have said the same thing, so you’re definitely not alone. 
And now it’s swimsuit season. 
While you can definitely rock a swimsuit no matter your shape or size, I personally just want to feel good before I put mine on, you know?!
So, with that being said, I wanted to share some healthy snack ideas to get us back on track with our health goals! 
  • Mixed nuts
  • Veggies and hummus
  • Greek yogurt and berries
  • Peppers and guacamole
  • Cottage cheese
  • Apple and peanut butter
  • Tomatoes and mozzarella 
  • Any fruit
  • Celery and peanut butter
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Baby carrots
  • Beef jerky
  • Protein shake
  • String cheese
These are just a few options to get you started - there are tons of healthy options! Reach for whole food options and try to avoid processed foods as much as you can. Try to make your snack choices high in protein and fiber to keep you feeling full until your next meal and you won’t go wrong.
